Jessica was born and raised in Cumberland Beach.  

After some time away, going to school, getting married and living in southern Ontario, she moved back into the area in the spring of 2019 with her own family.  

She has been around since Hope’s early years.  Seeing the church grow and serve the community in whatever way is needed has always been something she has loved to watch from a distance.  Now being on staff, Jessica is excited for God’s leading in this new role.

From a young age, Jessica knew God’s calling on her life was to be teaching children.  She has over 20 years of experience, working in kids ministry at her churches, babysitting, working in daycares, being a program director at a local resort and has provided in-home care.  She has a degree in Psychology and a diploma in Early Childhood Education.    

It is Jessica’s hope and prayer that the kids of Hope, and Cumberland Beach come to know and love Jesus!  She desires for each child to feel safe and loved by the church community and that they are excited about coming to church each Sunday, or for fun events!  

She loves spending time with her husband, children, family and friends around a campfire, fishing, canoeing, gardening, exploring, and making yummy food!  She’s a mom to two beautiful children who she loves to sing and dance around the house with!
