Morning Glory Prayer & Ministry Time Monday to Friday Mornings

  • Come and pray, or have someone pray for you.  A great time to just drop in and receive encouragement. 
  • 2700 Cumberland Rd. at Ron & Marlene's home (514-0153).
  • 9:00 to 10:00 am five days per week.

Monday - Friday "Soaking" in Cumberland Beach - 8:30 am - 9:00 am

  • Soaking is a great way to experience peace!  We spend time meditating on God.  The Bible teaches us to "Be still & know that I am God".  At soaking meetings we lay down on carpeted floors and have worship & teaching music played in the room.  This is a great way to experience God's love, and have Him comfort and bless you :)

Tuesday Extraordinary with John Bevere - 7:35 pm Church Building

  • This is John's newest DVD teaching series.  He claims it is the best one he's ever done...  The sub title is The life You're Meant to Live.  It is a twelve week video curriculum beginning on July the 6th.  It is the type of series that if you only attend one session, you will learn, be encouraged and grow :) www.extraordinaryonline.org
  • This takes place at the Hope Ministry Centre Building 2700 Cumberland Road.  Please arrive on time as another small group uses the building until 7:30.

Marriage Series - Wednesday Nights - 7:00 pm in Orillia

  • Takes place at Dave & Sarah Pryde's home - 15 Matchedash St. North Apt #2 in Orillia 259-1389.
  • The group will be participating in a marriage building curriculum.  Warren Bennett (326-8887) will be facilitating the discussion & leadership of this group.

Wednesday PM Cedar Strip Canoe Restoration - 7:00 pm Cumberland Beach

  • Come join this group at Barry & Susan Elliott's home (3028 First St. in Cumberland Beach) and restore an old cedar strip canoe.  A great way to get to know people and to enjoy a great project/hobby.

Wednesday Bible Study & Discussion in Cumberland Beach - 7:00 pm

  • Current topic - "The Purple Book" - The PURPLE BOOK will teach you the foundational truths of the Bible.  It is a twelve lesson Bible study workbook designed to build a solid foundation for a strong Christian life.

Church Prayer Meeting, Every Sunday Night @ 5:25 pm

  • We will gather in the community hall - lower level to pray for each other, our families, our region, and our weekly programs and church services.

Weekly Pre-Service Prayer Time, Every Sunday Night @ 5:55 pm

  • Come and pray with us & join the worship team for 15-20 minutes of prayer before the worship service begins.

Scheduled Events...

Sunday Night After Church Bonfire!  July 18th

  • We will hold this at the church property 2700 Cumberland Rd.  It will most likely begin around 8:45 pm.
  • Bring your own lawn chairs, hot dogs, marshmallows, etc.  If there is rain, we will have a games night in the church ministry centre building.

Sunday Evening Church Picnic Supper Night.  August 1st 6:15 pm

  • We are holding our service and church picnic at the church property (2700 Cumberland Rd.) in Cumberland Beach.
  • Please bring food to share and lawn chairs & Frisbees etc.  We will be having communion (like our regular communion supper nights).
  • There will be outdoor games afterwards (weather permitting) like horseshoes, washer toss, box hockey, Frisbee golf, etc.
  • Great night to invite a friend.

Elders Prayer & Meeting - Monday, August 2nd - 7:00 pm  

  • Location is Church Office - 2700 Cumberland Rd.

Special Guest Speaker - Russ Moyer - Sunday August 8th - 6:15 pm

  • We are very pleased to have Russ Moyer come and minister with us for our Sunday evening service.  He leads Eagle Worldwide Ministries and has planted numerous churches here in Ontario.  Pastor Russ is a prophetic and apostolic leader in Canada.
  • We will be taking up a special offering/collection to support the ministry of Eagle Worldwide Ministries this evening.

Monthly Men's Breakfast - Saturday, August 14th - 8:15 am

  • Come for a time of friendship & fun.
  • This month it is at the Washago Village Restaurant on the corner of Hwy. #11 & South Sparrow Lake Rd.

Transformation Business Network - Saturday, August 14th - 10:00 am

  • TBN is a monthly meeting for Christian business people.  Men & Women are invited to learn concepts of business development, community transformation, and personal growth.  We desire our businesses to flourish and be leaders in our community.
  • TBN takes place on the second Saturday of each month at the Hope Ministry Centre building - 2700 Cumberland Rd.  For more information, please contact Pastor Steve.
